You may be eligible for a full or partial refund if:
The service was not delivered within the promised timeframe.The service was not delivered as described (e.g., significantly lower quantity).The order was not started and is still marked as “Pending” or “Cancelled”.The order was placed mistakenly and no processing has started yet.Refunds are not applicable for:
Orders where the link or details provided were incorrect.Drops in followers/likes/views after successful delivery unless refill guarantee is stated.Services marked as non-refundable in the description.
2. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund:
Contact us within 7 days of placing the order.Include your Order ID, service name, and a brief description of the issue.Send your request to Contact Page.Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
3. Payment Disputes
Filing a dispute or chargeback without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban from our services. We are always open to resolving any issue in a professional and timely manner.

5. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and marked as “In Progress,” it cannot be canceled. If an order is delayed or stuck, please contact our support for manual review.
